Numerous events were co-ordinated/organised over the past 36 years, most notably:

  • An international symposium on South Africa and the World: Political and Strategic Realities,  for the Pretoria Branch of the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA), Pretoria, 1976 - 252 delegates.
  • An international conference on Africa Twenty-Five Years after Independence: Lessons for the Future, for the Africa Institute of South Africa (AISA), Pretoria, 1985 - 268 delegates.
  • An international workshop on Constitution-Making and Democratisation in Africa, for the Africa Institute of South Africa (AISA), Pretoria, 1997 - 165 delegates.
  • An international conference on The Total Quality Initiative: Getting to Grips with Essential Good Manufacturing Practice Standards, for the South African Association of Pharmacists in Industry (SAAPI), Midrand, 2006 - 257 delegates.
